The Duchess’ next stop of the day is Horses for People, a charity which provides equine therapy. 🐴 The charity offers courses to help people to deal with stress, increase resilience and promote team building.
🐎 Many of the participants on Horses for People’s courses are veterans who are re-adjusting to civilian life. During the pandemic, the charity has also worked with many care workers.
